Depot Center. The Depot Center will accept product to repair in-house. Below is a list of products that are acceptable for repairs. Customers are responsible of shipping to Conway.

Pricing may vary depending on equipment repaired and parts used. All repair estimates are $44.00 prior before actual repairs.
Once repairs have been approved, repair rates are $88.00 per hours plus parts and shipping. For more detail information, send us an email or call 1 (800) 362-4604 Press #2.

Timing Lights that are part of the Engine Analyzer Equipment are acceptable to ship back to the Depot Department.

If you have a product to send back for repairs, just fill out the online form to start the process. After you have completed the form, mail the equipment back to the Depot Repair Center and we will take care of the rest.

Hand held timing lights provided by the customer products division are repaired by ACTRON Manufacturing. They can be reached at 1-(800) 253-9880.
